2nd Shift CNC Machinist - Experienced

Position Summary
The 2nd Shift CNC Machinist is responsible for the operation and programming of horizontal and vertical CNC mills and lathes, including the production of both metallic and non-metallic parts. Key duties involve interpreting blueprints and technical specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances, as well as calculating and setting controls for machining factors like speed, feed, and depth of cut.

General Laborer
Position Summary
The General Laborer is a vital support role responsible for assisting in all aspects of the facilities operations. This includes hands-on tasks such as deburring and finishing precision machined parts, operating material handling equipment (like forklifts and manual bandsaws), and executing general labor duties. Key functions span shop cleanliness and organization, basic preventative maintenance, inventory support (staging materials, counting parts, organizing racks), and providing logistical support, including local customer deliveries. The role requires a strong commitment to safety and contributes directly to maintaining an efficient and orderly production environment.

Essential Functions
- Perform customer deliveries
- Removes burrs of excess metal from and reduces sharp surfaces of precision machined parts
- Must be able to recognize and use hand tools such as a file, tri-blade, drill, etc
- Operation of manual bandsaw
- Identifying critical toleranced surfaces and to estimate material lengths for saw cutting from engineering blueprints
- Loads and unloads materials, parts, or products onto or from pallets, skids, conveyors, or trucks
- Removes metal chips and shavings from surfaces of machines and wipes surfaces of machines to remove excess oil and cleans around work areas
- Operate a forklift as necessary
- Perform custodial duties as needed in the shop and offices
- Assist with inventory control tasks, including performing physical counts and organizing raw material storage racks
- Properly stage materials for upcoming jobs and remove remnants for storage or disposal
- Assist in the daily organization and cleanup of the shop floor to maintain a safe and orderly work environment
- Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks on shop equipment, such as checking and refilling coolant/oil levels and reporting required repairs
- Assist in counting and verifying quantities of parts for work orders and shipments

HR Specialist
Position Summary
The HR Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day administrative functions of the Human Resources department, focusing on payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and employee life-cycle support from recruiting through offboarding. The Experienced Manual Machinist is a full time position reporting to the Manual Machining Group Leader on daylight shift which is typically from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday with overtime options available through extended hours or work on Saturdays.

Position Summary
We are seeking a wire assembly technician to contribute to our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for following electrical schematics and assembly drawings to complete various cable harnesses, panel wiring, and other various electrical/mechanical assemblies.
