Byron Fruit

Business Development Manager

Byron Fruit is the Business Development Manager at Kiski Precision Industries, where he helps manufacturers and engineering organizations identify practical solutions to complex production and supply chain challenges. With more than 20 years of experience spanning precision motion control, mechatronics, business analysis, data analytics, and B2B marketing, Byron combines technical expertise with a consultative approach to business development.

Byron earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh. He began his career at Aerotech, Inc., spending a decade as an Applications Engineer specifying high-precision motion control and mechatronic solutions for commercial and research and development applications. He later spent nine years as a Business Analyst and Analytics Manager, designing and implementing internal business systems, including ERP components, data warehousing, business intelligence platforms, and analytics tools.

At Kiski Precision, Byron works closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and connect them with the right solutions. While his focus is on Kiski Precision’s contract manufacturing capabilities, including precision CNC machining, welding, fabrication, custom wire and cable harnesses, and electromechanical assembly—he believes in building long-term relationships through honesty, expertise, and trusted partnerships rather than simply pursuing transactions.

A passionate advocate for American manufacturing, workforce development, and employee investment, Byron frequently shares insights on the role manufacturing plays in creating thriving communities, successful businesses, and rewarding careers. He is particularly interested in helping organizations uncover root causes, solve meaningful problems, and create sustainable growth through both technical and human-centered solutions.
