CNC Machinist
Position Summary
The CNC Machinist is a full time position reporting to the Production Supervisor on daylight shift which is typically from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday with overtime opportunities with flexible start times. Position Summary
The HR Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day administrative functions of the Human Resources department, focusing on payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and employee life-cycle support from recruiting through offboarding. Position Summary
Assembly of components following a specified set of drawings and/or Supervisor’s instructions. Ability to verify the correct quantities of component parts and quality check completed items throughout the process. The use of hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures will be necessary.

Welder/Fitter
Position Summary
The Welder/Fitter is a full time position reporting to the Production Supervisor on daylight shift which is typically from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday with overtime options available through extended hours or work on Saturdays. The Welder has primary responsibility of performing (GTAW) TIG (GMAW) MIG (FCAW) Flux (SMAW) STICK welding on various materials as needed. Being able to build from a blueprint meeting all required specs and symbols. Working on your own with minimal to no supervision.

Essential Functions
- Study blueprints, drawings, and all related weld symbols to determine the proper sequence of welding resulting in a quality weldment made per print
- Efficiently able to saw and prep own materials per job requirements
- Efficiently use hand grinder to prep, bench any areas needed to perform weld procedures correctly
- Know your gasses and have ability to select and change tanks as needed
- Know your wire grades and change as needed per job requirements
- Responsible for identifying and moving finished products to the next proper location
- Performs first piece inspections as well as all subsequent inspections as required by KPI standards.
- Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required
- Perform simple maintenance as required

Welder/Fitter - Night Shift
4/10 Schedule 3:30 pm – 1:30 am, Monday – Thursday; additional hours as needed
Position Summary
The night shift Welder has primary responsibility of performing (GTAW) TIG (GMAW) MIG (FCAW) Flux (SMAW) STICK welding on various materials as needed. Being able to build from a blueprint meeting all required specs and symbols. Working on your own with minimal to no supervision.

Essential Functions
- Study blueprints, drawings, and all related weld symbols to determine the proper sequence of welding resulting in a quality weldment made per print
- Efficiently able to saw and prep own materials per job requirements
- Efficiently use hand grinder to prep, bench any areas needed to perform weld procedures correctly
- Know your gasses and have ability to select and change tanks as needed
- Know your wire grades and change as needed per job requirements
- Responsible for identifying and moving finished products to the next proper location
- Performs first piece inspections as well as all subsequent inspections as required by KPI standards.
- Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required
- Perform simple maintenance as required
Additional Duties
- May be required to back up other areas of the plant

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Prefer at least 5-10 years experience working with mig and tig welding
- Position requires good mathematical ability
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to operate precision measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, and tape measures
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years related experience and/or training in Welding and Fitting
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Work is generally performed in a production environment
- May be required to be in one place for extended periods of time
- Will be required to work with other employees frequently
- The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

Wiring Assembler
Position Summary
We are seeking a wire assembly technician to contribute to our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for following electrical schematics and assembly drawings to complete various cable harnesses, panel wiring, and other various electrical/mechanical assemblies.

Essential Functions
- Interpret and apply electrical schematics and assembly drawings to complete complex electrical assemblies.
- Perform soldering, stage wiring, panel wiring, and cable wiring.
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
- Follow company procedures and directives.
- Test finished products for defects when required.
- Maintain the tools used to create products.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed to secure a positive outcome

- Knowledge and respect of shop safety
- Knowledge and ability to read basic measuring tools
- Knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools
- Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly drawings
- Proficient in soldering
- Currently or previously have been issued an IPC-620A certification, or equivalent is preferred, but not required
- Ability to diagnose issues and problem solve when necessary
- Must show initiative and desire to learn
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
- Vocational or technical school training is preferred, but not required
